Paid plans, if offered, will be charged in accordance with the pricing disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are denominated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscription renewals will occur automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, benefits, or features of any plan. Changes will apply to the next billing cycle and we will notify you in advance.
If you are dissatisfied with a paid subscription within the first 60 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund for payments made within that window.
No refunds are provided beyond 60 days from the original charge except where required by law.
You may not: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; (c) copy, redistribute, or resell content without express permission; or (d) engage in any conduct that disrupts or harms other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
The Service, including all content, features, trademarks, logos, and data, is owned by TA Stock Alerts or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reuse or distribute our content except for personal, non-commercial use, and you must attribute TA Stock Alerts when referencing our materials.
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk. Review their terms and privacy policies separately.
We strive to provide accurate and timely market data, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or up to date. Markets may change rapidly and data may be delayed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
